- Subscription Plans
- Business Listings
- Deal Creation
- Deal Renewals
- Promotional Packages
- Featured Listings
- Deal Redemption
2. Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals anytime. Cancellation does not entitle users to refunds for the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only for:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical failure
- Payment deducted but service not activated
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the platform
- Poor business performance
- Fewer customer enquiries
- Lower-than-expected sales
- Account suspension due to policy violations
